Ten Things I Wish You Knew About Your Child’s Mental Health

For most accurate sizing, I’d suggest measuring a t-shirt or jumper that you already own and that you like the fit of - lie it flat, measure from armpit to armpit, and match to the size chart.  Length measurements are from the shoulder seam to the hem, with the garment lying flat.  

Women’s tee - AS Colour "Mali" tee

• Fit - regular
• Fabric - light weight, 150 GSM, 34-singles, 100% combed cotton (marles 15% viscose)
• Construction - scoop neck, capped sleeves, curved hem, self-fabric binding on neck, side seamed, double needle hems, preshrunk to minimise shrinkage

Rough guide - XS - 6/8, S - 8/10, M - 10/12, L - 12/14, XL - 14/16, 2XL - 16/18, 3XL - 18/ close-fitting 20 - but please measure for most accurate sizing!

Heather usually wears a size 14 top, and wears a size L in the women's tee for a regular fit, or a size XL for a more relaxed fit.

If you need a larger size, there is a wider range in the unisex fit options for this tee - for reference, the width of the 3XL women’s fit is equivalent to between the L and XL unisex fit, and most styles in the unisex fit go to 3-5XL in that range.

Women's crew - AS Colour Women's "Relax" Crew

• Fit - relaxed
• Fabric - mid weight, 320 GSM, 80% cotton 20% recycled polyester anti-pill fleece
• Construction - pullover crew, drop shoulder, crew neck.  Sleeve cuff ribbing, preshrunk to minimise shrinkage.

Heather usually wears a size 14 top, and wears a size L in the women's crew for a comfy fit (but would size up to an XL for a looser relaxed fit). 

Measurements can vary within 2.5cm, this is within the manufacturer's tolerance. 

If you need a different size, there is a wider range in the men's fit options for this crew.  The XS in men's sizing has a width of 54cm, with the sizes going up to a 3XL with a width of 72cm.  For taller folks - the men's sizing is longer in length (the XS is 67.5cm long, and the 3XL is 82.5cm long).

Women's zip hoodie - JB's Wear Ladies Full Zip Fleecy Hoodie

• Fit - true to size
• Fabric - 310 GSM.  80% Cotton, 20% Polyester.  Cotton rich CVC Fleece
• Construction - full zip, fully lined hood, two front hand pockets, 1x1 rib cuffs, elastane hem for added comfort

• Eligibility: 
  • If you’ve received a faulty or incorrect item, we’re so sorry! You can return for a full refund (including postage on the original purchase) or an exchange.
  • If you’ve got the wrong size in clothing, or changed your mind, you can return your item/s for an exchange, a store credit, or a refund (but this won't include the cost of shipping).
  • Infant feeding or intimate items (that contact a baby's mouth, or a parent's bare breast/ chest or genital area) cannot be returned unless faulty. 
• Conditions:  
  • Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in their original sale condition, and clothing is unworn and unwashed.  
  • Please note that infant feeding or intimate items cannot be returned unless faulty, as above. 
• Proof of purchase:  Please include your receipt, packing slip or order confirmation email with your return.
• Subject to availability:  All exchanges are subject to the availability of stock. If we don't have the item you want in stock, we’ll be happy to offer you a store credit or refund.

 
How to return an item:

1. Reach out via email to store@cradled.co.nz - either forward your original order confirmation, or include in your email your order number, what you got, what’s happened, and what you want to do next - return for an exchange (and what you want to exchange for), return for a store credit or a refund. We will check stock and get back to you ASAP.
2. Return your item. Package your item securely and include your proof of purchase, as well as your return name and address (important!). Let us know when you’ve sent it (and include tracking info if you’ve got it - Cradled won't be liable for lost items in the post).

Processing your return:

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and then process your exchange, store credit, or refund within 7-10 business days. If there’s an issue with the item you’ve returned and it’s not in saleable condition, we’ll get in touch.

• You will receive an email notification once an exchange has been sent.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow a few extra days for your bank to process the refund.
