Returns and exchanges

We want you to love your merch, but we also get it! Buying online can be so tricky, so we want to make any exchanges or returns as easy as possible for you, in the event that something’s not right.

Here’s what you need to know:

  • Eligibility:  If you’ve received a faulty or incorrect item, we’re so sorry! You can return for a full refund (including postage on the original purchase) or an exchange. If you’ve got the wrong size, or changed your mind, you can return your item/s for an exchange, a store credit, or a refund (but this won't include the cost of shipping).
  • Conditions:  Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in their original sale condition, unworn and unwashed.
  • Proof of purchase:  Please include your receipt, packing slip or order confirmation email with your return.
  • Subject to availability:  All exchanges are subject to the availability of stock. If we don't have the item you want in stock, we’ll be happy to offer you a store credit or refund.
 
How to return an item:
  1. Reach out via email to store@cradled.co.nz - either forward your original order confirmation, or include in your email your order number, what you got, what’s happened, and what you want to do next - return for an exchange (and what you want to exchange for), return for a store credit or a refund. We will check stock and get back to you ASAP.
  2. Return your item. Package your item securely and include your proof of purchase, as well as your return name and address (important!). Let us know when you’ve sent it (and include tracking info if you’ve got it - Cradled won't be liable for lost items in the post).

Processing your return:

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and then process your exchange, store credit, or refund within 7-10 business days. If there’s an issue with the item you’ve returned and it’s not in saleable condition, we’ll get in touch.

  • You will receive an email notification once an exchange has been sent.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow a few extra days for your bank to process the refund.
