Supplemental Lactation Aid System
Also known as a supplemental nursing system or SNS, supply line, or at-breast feeding tube, this system is designed to administer supplemental nutrition to babies while they feed directly at the breast or chest.
The supplemental lactation aid system allows parents to feed their babies skin-to-skin, at the breast or chest - all the while providing milk, build feeding skills, and establish or protect milk supply. It can help you to reach your breastfeeding goals by keeping baby feeding at the breast or chest, while building milk production and baby's feeding skills.
Indications for use:
- low milk supply/ low milk production - providing supplemental milk while stimulating supply
- relactation or inducing lactation
- feeding at the breast or chest in rainbow families
- giving top-ups for babies who need them, without the need for a bottle
- when you're needing to give supplemental milk longer-term than just a few days (where you can use a simpler DIY set up)
Each 6 piece set includes:
- 100mL bottle
- Silicone tubing, valve, and connecting ring
- Neck lanyard
- Medical tape
If you are using any type of supplemental lactation device, please always consult a lactation professional such as an IBCLC lactation consultant, or a breastfeeding medicine physician.

- Delivery timeframes are variable, generally between 7 and 14 working days following dispatch

Eligibility:
- If you’ve received a faulty or incorrect item, we’re so sorry! You can return for a full refund (including postage on the original purchase) or an exchange.
- If you’ve got the wrong size in clothing, or changed your mind, you can return your item/s for an exchange, a store credit, or a refund (but this won't include the cost of shipping).
- Infant feeding or intimate items (that contact a baby's mouth, or a parent's bare breast/ chest or genital area) cannot be returned unless faulty.

Conditions:
- Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in their original sale condition, and clothing is unworn and unwashed.
- Please note that infant feeding or intimate items cannot be returned unless faulty, as above.
- Proof of purchase: Please include your receipt, packing slip or order confirmation email with your return.
- Subject to availability: All exchanges are subject to the availability of stock. If we don't have the item you want in stock, we’ll be happy to offer you a store credit or refund.
How to return an item:
- Reach out via email to store@cradled.co.nz - either forward your original order confirmation, or include in your email your order number, what you got, what’s happened, and what you want to do next - return for an exchange (and what you want to exchange for), return for a store credit or a refund. We will check stock and get back to you ASAP.
- Return your item. Package your item securely and include your proof of purchase, as well as your return name and address (important!). Let us know when you’ve sent it (and include tracking info if you’ve got it - Cradled won't be liable for lost items in the post).

Processing your return:
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and then process your exchange, store credit, or refund within 7-10 business days. If there’s an issue with the item you’ve returned and it’s not in saleable condition, we’ll get in touch.
- You will receive an email notification once an exchange has been sent.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow a few extra days for your bank to process the refund.
