Note:  This item is made to order for you - it is not held in stock, and when you order, we send a request through to our printers for creation and shipping.  This means there will be a delay in receiving it by 1-2 weeks, depending on how busy our printers are! 

 

Some of our kids (and a LOT of the kids in the Cradled community) seem to need a bit less sleep than their peers. They're not broken, you're not doing anything wrong, it's just how they're wired - they're our low sleep needs kiddos.

 

Our Low Sleep Needs kidswear is available in infant bodysuits (0-3m to 18-24m) and children's tees (sizes 2 to 10). There are two colour ways: sage green with pink/red text, or white with blue/red text.

Match these with our parent's High Sleep Needs tees, in the same colour ways!

Kids' tees are true to size - model in the white is wearing his usual size 4, model in the green is wearing her usual size 6.

Kids' tees are true to size - my kids wear their usual size (my youngest in his usual size 4, my daughter in her usual size 6).

  • 10% of proceeds from sales of Cradled merch goes into the Cradled "Pay It Forward Fund" - which subsidises or covers the cost of Cradled infant feeding/ sleep/ mental health/ parenting consultations for families who would otherwise not be able to afford this support.

  • 10% of proceeds from sales of Cradled merch also goes towards supporting charities, groups or professionals who are working to improve outcomes for parents, babies and children; and/or who are supporting other marginalised groups, and align with the Cradled kaupapa (cause).

Shipping

Aotearoa New Zealand:

  • Standard shipping within New Zealand - $10
  • Rural shipping - $13
  • Free shipping within New Zealand with a spend of over $150.
  • Shipping is via tracked courier with NZ Post, generally delivered within 3-5 working days following dispatch

International:

  • Standard (economy) tracked shipping to Australia - $20 NZD
  • Standard (economy) tracked shipping to other countries - $30 NZD
  • If your country is not listed - please enquire (email store@cradled.co.nz)
  • Shipping is via NZ Post
  • Delivery timeframes are variable, generally between 7 and 14 working days following dispatch

Returns and exchanges

 

  • Eligibility: 
    • If you’ve received a faulty or incorrect item, we’re so sorry! You can return for a full refund (including postage on the original purchase) or an exchange.
    • If you’ve got the wrong size in clothing, or changed your mind, you can return your item/s for an exchange, a store credit, or a refund (but this won't include the cost of shipping).
    • Infant feeding or intimate items (that contact a baby's mouth, or a parent's bare breast/ chest or genital area) cannot be returned unless faulty. 
  • Conditions:  
    • Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in their original sale condition, and clothing is unworn and unwashed.  
    • Please note that infant feeding or intimate items cannot be returned unless faulty, as above. 
  • Proof of purchase:  Please include your receipt, packing slip or order confirmation email with your return.
  • Subject to availability:  All exchanges are subject to the availability of stock. If we don't have the item you want in stock, we’ll be happy to offer you a store credit or refund.

 
How to return an item:

  1. Reach out via email to store@cradled.co.nz - either forward your original order confirmation, or include in your email your order number, what you got, what’s happened, and what you want to do next - return for an exchange (and what you want to exchange for), return for a store credit or a refund. We will check stock and get back to you ASAP.
  2. Return your item. Package your item securely and include your proof of purchase, as well as your return name and address (important!). Let us know when you’ve sent it (and include tracking info if you’ve got it - Cradled won't be liable for lost items in the post).

Processing your return:

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and then process your exchange, store credit, or refund within 7-10 business days. If there’s an issue with the item you’ve returned and it’s not in saleable condition, we’ll get in touch.

  • You will receive an email notification once an exchange has been sent.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow a few extra days for your bank to process the refund.
